I am a graduate of Morehead State University and currently have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art with an emphasis in graphic design and a social media minor. I hold certifications in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and expertise in InDesign and Premiere Pro.

As a designer, one of the most beneficial recommendations I received in my undergraduate career was to design from concepts instead of specific ideas. A concept can be designed in countless ways, whereas a specific idea will describe one design. Researching a design beforehand and communicating ideas with a client is crucial to my process; it helps me create stronger designs and of a greater variety. I try to be clever when designing and the more information I have access to allows me to make more subtle connections. I find that having thorough communication at the start of the project allows me to fully inform a client and respond to questions, leading to collaboration and a streamlined process for all parties involved, including meeting deadlines.
